While they may be compact in size, rest assured that they are meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean. What truly sets this hotel apart is its cutting-edge room automation system. This hotel was a real "hit" for me on my recent trip to Amsterdam. The location was perfect for me (although some might think it is a little too far from the hustle and bustle, not me though) - I liked that it was a 15 min walk to many museums, 5 min walk to Vondelpark, 2 min walk to the number 2 tram and was so very quiet. The staff were genuinely friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfasts were incredible - such a great variety of choices. Apparently the hotel restaurant is great. I didn't eat there because it was booked out for the 3 nights I was staying. I ate at the hotel bar instead and the food was really good, a small selection of tasty items with quite a few choices of wines by the glass (plus bottles).

Very nice breakfast, constant supply of water, tea, coffee, bathroom supplies. Comfy bed, adjustable climate control and lighting. Easy 5 minute walk to tram 2, takes you to central Amsterdam in 20 minutes, or to other connecting trams. Only 20 min stroll to Museum Plein, plenty of very good restaurants in walking distance. Vondelpark right by the hotel is lovely to walk around too. The hotel has it's own cosy bar which we enjoyed for a late evening drink.
